How the SmartHRM Dashboard Works:

1. Run, bike or exercise with the SmartHF Heart Rate Monitor using the SmartHRM Fitness app on your Android phone.
2. At the end of each session, the app uploads your data wirelessly to your Dashboard.(if you use a compatible app from another company, the features and process for their dashboard will vary.)
3. Log in to your SmartHF account (you will need to register if you do not already have an account)
4. See your data: Heart Rate, Distance, Time and Speed for any and all activities completed.
5. Print, download or share your personal fitness data - with teammates, exercise partners, trainers, coaches and others.
